There's no secret that I haven't been at 100% over the last month but something I keep in my mind everyday is that 'THINGS ARE GOING TO GET BETTER'.
It's simple and effective but by keeping a positive outlook and a positive mantra it can really help your mood.
I've started to see a change in my behaviour, what I like and dislike, and how I cope with different situations.
It's odd but after having a depressive period I tend to see a complete change in my behaviours towards certain things - movies or books that seemed appealing before are now things which make me shiver or turn me off. Where as I've found a new love for 'the easy life', chick flicks and magazines rather than crime dramas and books.
I know I'll slowly get back my love for those things and my old routine and activities but now I'm just taking one day at a time and everyday making sure I note the positive things everyday and keeping in my mind that things are about to get really good.
